Been quite busy, planned my  new kitchen and brought it, still need to fit it.
So I have got to my finial year at University the programme has been changed and now the finial degree title is different. While also we have moved over to coursework only, this is good in the sense of no more exams, but means I have a lot more writing to do and it always feels like not enough time.

I have also changed jobs and its a steep learning curve and had an  assessment for autism spectrum disorder, still waiting on the results. In January I started International management and Organisational leadership. Both have been quite heavy on course materials and engagement from the tutors and student groups, but absolutely fabulous subjects that really provides critical insights to a global student.

So I have four essay based course work, the international management course has been very ambiguous, great stuff, figuring out what exactly is expected has been a challenge but extremely  relevant to the workplace. So far I have had two essays for Organisational leadership, finally on to the higher level theories that I quite enjoy reading about, so I have firstly compared two leadership theories and the second has been about gender in leadership. Depending on results I might put it on Academia.edu

Thanks for reading
